Welcome Condo Owners
Are you frustrated by being kept in the dark, facing surprise fee increases or assessments, dealing with inconsistent decision-making, or feeling like your voice doesn’t matter? You’re not alone — and your concerns are valid. We are condo owners too. We’ve faced the same challenges and tried many avenues to address issues within our own communities. Through our experience with Massachusetts General Law Chapter 183A, we’ve learned that the only current recourse for owners is often the court system — a costly, time-consuming, and discouraging path. It doesn’t have to be this way.
⸻
Our Vision
We aspire to strengthen the rights of condominium owners in Massachusetts through the Condominium Owners’ Rights Act. The 1963 condominium statute is outdated. Owners deserve modern tools, clear processes, and real protections. It’s time for meaningful change.
⸻
Our Goal
Our goal is to update and improve existing condominium law to ensure:
*Reliable access to association information
•Fair, timely, non-judicial ways to resolve disputes
•Stronger transparency and accountability
•A growing community of informed, empowered owners
We aim to collaborate with state legislators, consumer advocates, and all those committed to building better condo communities.
